Manhattan Sky Partners is a property investment management firm created to generate financial returns for global real estate investors. Our mission is to acquire, own, develop, operate and sell unique and selected residential and commercial income-producing properties in target neighborhoods within Manhattan.

Actively screening residential and commercial properties, Manhattan Sky Partners specializes in uncovering unique real estate opportunities in target popular or up-and-coming neighborhoods. We diligently research condominiums, brownstones and other buildings, and acquire only those that meet our stringent selection criteria. The properties are kept “as is” or developed, and generate rental revenue while they’re held from approximately two to ten years. Ultimately, the sales of the properties, along with the rental incomes earned, generate high returns for our investors.

Our street-by-street knowledge of our target neighborhoods - combined with a large professional network that refers properties to us (often prior to listing) - makes Manhattan Sky Partners unique in its ability to locate and acquire under-valued, "special situation" investments. But buying properties at typically below-market rates is just the beginning. Manhattan Sky Partners' understanding of architecture, design, renovation best- practices and emerging purchaser trends also allow us to often command premium prices when we sell. The combined practices of buying properties at below-market prices and selling them at above-market prices produce superior profits for our clients.
